Our Approach
The Taoist quotation “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”, encapsulates the Triple E approach to catalysing value innovation and business transformation.
In brief we support:
- Establishing an internal transformation team, seeding the ingredients for High Performance whilst forging a powerful identity within the team.
- Team leadership, internal sponsorship and communication.
- Development of the project methodology and filling capability gaps by building skills.
- Accelerating execution of the analysis, planning and implementation project life cycle.
- Provision of ongoing team-building and coaching inputs, necessary to accelerate learning and resist the "gravitational pull" of the existing company culture as it evolves.
As a consequence our clients will experience:
- Customised inputs and outputs.
- Expert delivery.
- Opportunity to participate in and lead a High Performing Team.
- Realising the value of presiding over ongoing success.
- Requirement for courage, tenacity (strong leadership).
- The mindset to learn and adapt ahead of the curve based on performance psychology, world-class tools and simple methodology.
- Expertise residing within the business.
- Self-sustaining business evolution.

Our approach is characterised by being:
Dynamic
We facilitate a team culture that is pro-active and forceful in challenging the status quo and seeking to think the unthinkable. This is achieved in part by developing a mindset that is accepting of the reality that every great product or service has an expiry date. This fosters an ability to think beyond the bounds of what is done currently and to consider what might be achieved if starting from scratch, without legacy constraints; a proven formula for generating radically new offerings and approaches.
Endogenic
[From the Greek meaning "proceeding from within".] Our experience through observation success and failure within transformation activities demonstrates the incontrovertible truth that powerful transformation capable of generating commitment and ownership whilst providing a source of inspiration and motivation can only be originated from within the organisation (rather than being imposed from external agents who don't have to live with the consequences). Even in circumstances where the transformation
is externally sought and not imposed, the likelihood of a successful outcome is extremely low as the litany of businesses trying to ape the approaches of the disruptors in their own market spaces have found to their cost.
Enduring
Developing a transformation culture that is long-lasting and permanent is achieved by evolving what we term the 'Organisational DNA™' that characterises the 'way things are done round here'. The 'endogenous' nature of the approach is clearly critical, but so to is political intelligence and an ability to respond to all stakeholders needs in a timely and appropriate way.
A policy of 'telling' people only what 'they need to know', usually PowerPoint driven, is not the solution!
Performance-focussed
At its core, our approach embraces an intense and disciplined philosophy of continual improvement to continually seek to drive out non-value adding activities and raise performance.
