Jeanette
Pragmatic, direct and grounded, Jeanette executes the administrative functions of the business to ensure that we bill clients on time, that we get paid on time, that members of the team are where we should be at the right time. In short she is instrumental in making everything happen.
Anita
Anita brings over 20 years management experience of business from financial services, security, media and hospitatlity. Anita's strengths lie in organisational skills, driving performance, and human resources. She is a hands-on pragmatic problem-solver who seeks to achieve win-wins by protecting the interests of our clients, the team (employees and associates) and Triple E.
Stephen
Stephen specialises in brand and visual communications whilst integrating metaphor, story and dialogue to support leaders in communicating effectively to their chosen audience. With over 20 years working with global clients, he has helped many organisations clarify and communicate business issues internally and externally resulting in improved business performance. Stephen has a particular interest in the role of symbols; words and pictures, in organisational change, particularly how words affect the emotions, and hence levels of
motivation and the successful co-ordination of action. He has a varied background in graphic design, internal communications, brand management and art and sculpture. He is a member of Toastmasters International achieving his Advanced Gold Award in 2011.
Steve
With a successful career as a Senior Account and Business Development Manager, Steve is known for his energy and enthusiasm. He relishes the opportunity of being faced with a challenge. 10 years working at senior leadership team level, cements a reputation for making things happen – without the need to resort to autocracy. With an enviable track record of in bringing individuals with diverse skills together to form value-adding teams, he can be relied upon to troubleshoot problems and spot opportunities. A chartered engineer and professional project manager experienced in the aerospace and automotive environments, Steve has amassed a rich and valuable mix of insight and expertise in navigating complex organisational structures to ensure rapid and precise engagement with buying decision-makers.
Ross
Ross's broad career spans marketing & sales, management consultancy and general management. He has over twenty five years of international experience of delivering successful results for clients. His special areas of interest include business transformation including turnaround, the virtual organisation, business restructuring for growth and people-based performance improvement. He draws on deep experience and understanding of what makes the difference in delivering personal and business success across a wide range of sectors.
Mike
A pragmatic and tenacious Business Development/Marketing individual with more than twenty years detailed experience of the Defence market. This not only includes
the UK Industry and Ministry of Defence but extends out to a number of off-shore companies.
Operated as a Leader of sales teams and as Business Development Director of a Consultancy Company. Utilising the strong Business Development experience to deliver Sales and Negotiating training, often to non-sales delegates.
Stephen
A dynamic and experienced coach facilitator with a background in Retail, having worked for 15 years with several prestigious UK and International retailers within Europe. Possesses a creative approach to achieving business growth in harsh competitive environments. Uses operational experience to support commercial insights and transfer of selling skills. Fluent in French, Stephen focuses on personal efficiency with practical use of tools and team performance improvement and is used to working with senior and middle managers.
Robert
A perceptive and highly adaptable actor/facilitator with six years experience of working with clients as diverse as Pfizer, Siemens, BAA, Nestle, Unilever, the Home Office and Cancer Research UK. Robert is completely fluent in Spanish, has a BSc in Business and Management Studies from Bradford University and worked in Logistics and Trade Finance before he became an actor.
Kevin
A commercially astute facilitator and executive coach with over 10 years' experience working with international organisations to improve management, leadership and organisational performance. He has experience of working in global settings within media, retail, banking and voluntary sectors, designing and delivering performance interventions with a direct, fierce and compassionate style. He brings gravitas and energy to clients using a personal approach combined with a robust knowledge of high performance behaviours and skills.
Nancy
An excellent communicator, negotiator and problem solver with an extensive business background having worked
in two Fortune 500 companies. Born in China and having lived in a number of Chinese cities, but mainly in Shanghai, Nancy brings to Triple E the capability to deliiver our programmes in her native Mandarin (and English, French and German!).
Huili
A multi-lingual coach and facilitator with extensive business experience in the UK, France and China, Huili brings extensive cross-cultural expertise to Triple E. In addition she possesses a strong track record in the media and production industry in the UK and China. Huili brings a depth of insight and understanding to the delivery of our programmes in China.
Maria
An empathic, robust and results focused coach facilitator with 15 years leadership and people development experience at senior level within a range of sectors including Defence and Professional Services. Passionate about developing potential, has significant experience in the implementation of Talent, Leadership and Performance Development Programmes grounded in practical skills application, behavioural change and business performance. Focuses on increasing awareness of self, others and choices plus finding ways to integrate, embed and cascade learning at individual, business and organisational level.
Mark
Mark's strengths are in leadership, business performance coaching, strategic and operational business/organisational planning, transformation and programme delivery. He has experience with a variety of UK and overseas clients in the finance, travel, health care and pharmaceutical sectors who see client relationships, customer satisfaction and delivering value as their key priorities. Mark has a passion for disciplined performance and is able to bring the experience of his 16 year career in the British Army to a sharp focus in the development of skills for creating value throughout the business cycle and with an emphasis on the pursuit of individual and collective high performance by sales people, and the operational excellence that ensues.
